As you saunter down Alexander Street, your glance is drawn to three hieroglyphs on old windows: eye closed, eye opening, eye open. Roll 1d20 to make an Arcana check.
Bright sunlight. Pleasing decor. Latte art! Bo ordered the latte. Dave ordered an espresso and a drip coffee. We each had a cupcake. As required, we cut the cupcakes in half to view their innards, then recombined them per the instructions in the manuscript of Dr. Herbert West, so as to make two-tone cupcakes.
Everything was amazing! The cupcakes were extraordinarily rich (though Dave did not think they were anything to write home about – but they were something to write a blog about). What’s more, the place sells bottles and cans of beer (we did not partake… yet). But seriously, check out that ambience. Big and bright windows shoulder half the burden of waking you up, a neat graffiti corner awaits your presence, and the abundant counter space is just begging for your laptop.
UPDATE: They have awesomely tasty and unique food!
